If you edited a content brief at any point from 5:22pm PT October 1st to 11:52am PT October 2nd, then you may have noticed that any changes made during this period are missing from your brief.
This is because of an issue where we made a mistake and pointed the application to the backup database during this period.
However, all is not lost!
Simply change the URL for your content brief so that it uses staging.usetopic.com instead of app.usetopic.com. For example, if your content brief URL looks like "https://app.usetopic.com/briefs/44075e82/overview", then change it so that it looks like "https://staging.usetopic.com/briefs/44075e82/overview".
We've pointed the staging version of our application to point to the backup database, so if you load the brief from staging.usetopic.com, then you should see any changes that were made during this period.
You can then copy and paste the content from staging.usetopic.com to app.usetopic.com so that your most recent work is restored.
If you are still unable to see your latest changes even after opening the staging version of your brief, we may have other ways to recover the data. Please email support@usetopic.com with the link to your brief and we will investigate further.
